Every new hire completes our Basic Security Officer Training Series before being deployed to any client site — covering patrol procedures, access control, emergency response, conflict de-escalation, and professional conduct.


But training doesn't stop at onboarding. All active Ranger Security officers participate in ongoing annual training to stay sharp, up to date on best practices, and prepared for the unique demands of their assigned locations. Officers working across our DC, Maryland, and Virginia markets also receive jurisdiction-specific guidance to ensure full compliance with local licensing requirements including DCJS registration in Virginia, Maryland State Police certification, and Special Police Officer (SPO) licensing in Washington DC.
