As a Business Development & Marketing Manager,
your responsibility will be to identify
new business opportunities within our Central Florida region; Including Orange County, Polk
County, Davenport, Haines City, Clermont, and the Tampa area, building and nurturing client
relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization. You will work closely with
sales, marketing, and product teams to develop strategic plans, expand market
presence, and achieve long -term business goals. Your role will involve market
research, lead generation, partnership development, contract negotiation, and fostering
strong client engagement to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
• Created and executed strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand
customer base
• Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor
activity
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of
business initiatives
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals that support business growth
• Track and report on performance metrics, sales activities, and pipeline
development
